The biggest influence throughout my life has definitely been hardstyle music. Through the years the music style of hardstyle beats, raw basslines and reverb has changed with the times and has become even more mainstream. There's a big following for hardstyle and it's one of those genres that unless your submerged head first into the culture and lifestyles you wouldn't know it exists.

The events bring a sense of unity to the music world, not just for the artists that play at them connecting with the millions of fans but for the fans themselves and since working on some of the huge events in my lifetime Iv'e come to realise it's importance. Its about uniting under one roof, the stars or in our own homes to celebrate life, celebrate each other but also to celebrate our individuality. It's all about not conforming to the norms, escaping this reality to experience something new and exciting with total strangers.
